About

My philosophy is grounded in the belief that by cultivating a stronger sense of self, you can unlock your potential and find a path toward lasting fulfillment. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety related to relationships with themselves and others. I often use an integration of Emotional and Solution Focused Therapy. With these two modalities, but not limited to, this will be a space where we honor you as you are and we will identify and work through emotional fears that are making you feel stuck, while equipping you with tools that give you meaningful change and a more secure bond with yourself and others. My goal for each of my clients is to find resilience in the face of what feels frightening, create new meaning, improve relationships with self and others. In addition to my work as a therapist, I also serve as the Assistant Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor at a local counseling center, where I have the privilege of supporting and guiding other clinicians in their growth and development. Outside of therapy, I enjoy the simple joys of life—sipping coffee or tea, taking walks with my husband, and tending to my plants.
